Sunday Strength + Recovery with Nordic Strong
Ice Cold Club is teaming up with Nordic Strong + heading out to Sag Harbor for a Sunday full of strength + recovery.
We'll begin our experience with 50-minutes of strength-building exercises with high-energy routines, combining mat and dumbbell floor work to target a range of muscles from abs and glutes to arms and shoulders. Each session is tailored for intensity, delivering a dynamic, full-body workout in a vibrant atmosphere.
Then we’ll cool down with Ice Cold Club Founder, Lauren Schramm as she guides you through a down regulating breath work session to prepare you for your guided cold plunge. Our tubs will remain between 45-50°F or around 7-10°C for your 3-5 minute experience. First timers are more than welcome!
Wear sneakers + something to sweat in + bring a towel, something to plunge in, + warm change of clothes for your journey home.
