On Sundays
All summer long, we’ll gather *every* Sunday to prioritize a much-needed reset.
Meet new friends that value connection as much as they do restoring their minds + bodies.
Open to All Levels of Experience —
While it is recommended that you have some experience with the cold, it’s not required.
There will be coaches available if you need a bit of guidance +/or someone to time your plunge.
What to Expect:

Reset your body, mind + nervous system as we transition from one week to the next.
Soak up the sun between plunges in our single-person or group tubs from Plunge, hop in the Hyperice Normatec boots to restore the legs + connect with a chill community that values self-care.
Bring your friends or come alone + make new ones!
Pop-in for a dip or stay for the full two-hour experience.

Hop the ice as many times as your heart desires.
We’ll set up 2 individual tubs + 1 party tub (fitting 4-5 people comfortably) + continuously ice them down to a chilly 40-50°F or 5-10°C.
We recommend plunging for 3 to 6 minutes, for 1 to 3 rounds.
*Coaches will be available to help if needed.

Every Sunday we partner with a non-alcoholic beverage brand to keep you refreshed + hydrated between your plunges.
And you can expect chill-ish music to accompany your chill-out time.
How to Prepare:

You’ll need something to plunge in — some people like to wear bathing suits + others like to dip in tight-fitting activewear, up to you!
A towel is a must!
Flip flops or slides are nice to wear on the terrace, but are not required.
And you’ll want to have a comfy outfit to change into for your journey home.
It’s nice to have separate bag to put your wet swim/clothes into once you change.
*Note: There are no showers on-site, but we have large changing rooms.

We’re located on the 5th Floor of the Dime Residences — 275 S 5th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11211
Upon checking in at the front desk, you’ll head up the elevators to the 5th floor. Make a right out of the elevators + head down the hallway to the lounge on the right, across from the basketball court. The lounge door will be open + you can head outside.
If you’re riding your bike over, feel free to bring it up to the 5th floor + we’ll find somewhere safe to store it for you.

You did it!
You’ll be quite hungry, so plan to have a nourishing meal within 1 hour of completing your plunge.
Hot shower or not to hot shower? It’s up to how you feel + what your goals are. If you find yourself craving the warmth — go for it. Taking a hot shower is not going to negate the benefits, but you will miss out on the calorie (namely fat) burn that allowing your body to heat up on its own, will provide. With experience, you’ll be able to discern the times when you need a hot shower vs. don’t.
Post-ice euphoira is a lovely state to be in — we recommend you take the opportunity to connect, with yourself or others. Journaling, meditating, taking a walk or having a conversation are all great ways to reconnect.
We recommend staying away from work/screens for a bit if possible. If you find yourself on Tiktok, you’ll likely scroll for 4 hours, though it’ll feel like 5 minutes.
Our best advice — listen to your body!
