Consistency is key + to get the most out of your cold exposure practice. The latest research shows that 11 minutes per week, spread out over 3-4 sessions is ideal.

Plunge on your own time with our self-guided dips, bookable all-days from 6AM to 10PM.

Start with Your Introductory Session

Regardless of your plunging experience, the Introductory Session is required before you can plunge on your own.

During this session, you will go over how to enter the building during your bookings, how to unlock the tub, receive your key, learn about best practices + then you will of course, plunge!

After completing this first session, you will be cleared to book Quick Dips.

*Note: This tub remains outside all year round.
