Ice Cold Club is teaming up with Ralle Movements — we’ll run, we’ll chill + we’ll recover.
Ralle Movements is a community built on movement, resilience + shared experiences. Founded in honor of Rachel, whose gift was bringing people together through storytelling. Started in Minnesota — cutting holes in frozen lakes for ice baths post-workouts, Ralle has made it’s way to NYC, turning the city into their playground — moving together, pushing limits + connecting outside.
Prompt 10AM start time for the 4 mile, 9:30 pace route — expect some ab work along the way! Following the run, you’ll have the opportunity to plunge + recover with Normatec boots.
Bag drop begins at 9:30AM.
Bring running shoes, outfit to run in, bathing suit, towel + warm change of clothes for your journey home.

Contrast Therapy at The Rockaway Hotel with Outsiders
We’re back partnering with OUTSIDERS Outdoor Adventure Club to bring you the ultimate winter plunge experience at The Rockaway Hotel.
We’ll break the day up into 3 — sessions in alignment with the Ferry schedule:
Group 1 — 10:30AM to 12PM
Ferry departing Wall St/Pier 11 at 9AM + arriving to Rockaway at 9:54AM

Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the Outsiders + ICC teams before embarking on your sauna + cold plunge journey. ICC coaches will guide you through the plunging process, helping you embrace the challenge + reap the rewards of extreme temperature shifts.
After the experience, you’ll have an opportunity to enjoy the lovely restaurant at the hotel before making your way back home.

Saturday Stack — A Wellness Afternoon at The Rockaway Hotel
Join us for an afternoon dedicated to self-care and rejuvenation at the Saturday Stack, a wellness afternoon at The Rockaway Hotel supported by Nike! This immersive experience brings together the best of mind and body wellness in one powerful session.
Start the day with a Pilates session led by Monice of GOODFORM, where you'll flow through a series of movements designed to strengthen and center the body. Following that, unwind with a meditation session to ground your mind led by Shania Banton, and then feel the revitalizing benefits of a cold plunge, guided by Lauren of Ice Cold Club—a powerful reset for your entire system.
After the plunge, refuel & mingle with a light delicious lunch to nourish your body and keep you energized for the rest of the day.

Los Angeles — Pre-Marathon Reset + Recovery
Our founder, Lauren is running the LA Marathon this weekend (her very first!) — and she thought she’d celebrate by inviting you all to reset + recover with her.
We’ll begin our morning in the beautiful loft space at Nutrifaye for a down-regulating breath work session aimed at calming your nerves + priming your system for what’s to come.
We’ll then make our way down the street to Jack’s House where we’ll have access to the latest saunas + ice baths by Plunge, in addition to recovery gear from Hyperice.

This aligning group experience invites you to explore intentional breath and sound practices to release tension, cultivate clarity, and restore balance.

Self-Guided Plunges —
Hop the ice as many times as your heart desires — but be mindful it’s tougher for the body to warm up in these winter temps.
We’ll set up an XL individual tub, cooled down to a chilly, but manageable 48°F — please note our tub is located outside all year round.
We recommend plunging for 3 to 6 minutes, for 1 to 3 rounds.
*Please note: coaches will be available to assist you in entering the plunge + to time your experience.

We partner with a non-alcoholic beverage brand to keep you refreshed + hydrated between your plunges and we’ll curate a vibe-y playlist to set the mood as you chill out.

No Chill — Sound Healing
Set Your Intentions —
To honor the energies of the full moon (in Aries) we’ll discuss the astrological nuances + dive into what we intend to release throughout the workshop.
Breathe —
We’ll then settle + move into an abbreviated 15-minutes of dynamic holotropic breath work. This practice can evoke emotional release, offering a space for energetic movement + self-discovery.
Integrate —
Breath work will be followed by a lengthy 45-minute period of integration guided by the vibrations of crystal sound bowls. This period is intended to incite reflection + allow the brain, body + nervous system some much-needed rest.

Dirty Bird Run Club at The Rockaway Hotel
Dirty Birds we’re running it back at The Rockaway Hotel.
Upon arrival, we’ll settle in at the hotel + have a chance to drop our bags. We’ll then head out to the beach for a chill + scenic 5K. Followed up by contrast therapy at the heated pool with saunas and of course, ice baths!
Getting to The Rockaway Hotel:
The Rockaway Hotel is located at 108-10 Rockaway Beach Drive, Queens, NY 11694.
Taking the Ferry will be the most scenic experience. The Ferry departs from Wall Street at Pier 11 at 9:01AM and from Brooklyn Army Terminal/Sunset Park at 9:19AM on weekends giving you an arrival time in Rockaway at 9:55AM. The Ferry will drop you off at the Rockaway Terminal and you’ll have a 2 minute walk to the hotel.

Ice Cold Workshop
Breathe —
The breath is the only thing you have in the ice — besides your coach of course. We’ll get out of our heads + drop into our bodies before we take the plunge.
Connect —
Classes are capped at 20 people to maintain intimacy throughout the experience — come with a friend or be paired with a new one for your plunge.
Reset —
When it comes your turn, your coach will instruct you + your partner on the Ice Cold Protocol, making your entrance into the ice as smooth as possible.

Burn + Chill in NY
Come chill with us for a pilates + cold plunge experience. Chelle will lead you through a sculpting class + Lauren will guide you through an infrared sauna session, followed by an ice bath.
We're excited to be gifting you some Nike gear — feel free to arrive a few minutes prior to class so you have time to change.
Be sure to bring a towel, some flip flops or slides + a change of warm clothes for your journey home.
