A concise 30-minute guided experience offered in the mornings + evenings — because you don’t always need the ice to regulate.

Expect intentional breath, curated music, and nervous system support to help you drop into your body + the practice.

Whether you’re starting the day grounded or closing it with a deep rest, we’ll help you find your way back to yourself.

What to Expect:

  • Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled so we can maximize the session time.

  • Depending on the goal of the session — you’ll either focus on energizing or calming down the system.

    We’ll focus on breath awareness, move through balancing protocols, purposefully stress the system for a short period of time + move through gentle holds.

    If anything feels uncomfortable, you can always return to a slow + controlled nasal breath.

  • No — if you have any of the following issues, it is recommended you abstain or receive clearance from your doctor before proceeding:

    • cardiovascular issues

    • respiratory conditions

    • epilepsy or seizure disorders

    • a history of aneurysms

    • severe psychiatric conditions

    • pregnancy (particularly after the 3rd trimester)

    If you’re unsure of your clearance, feel free to reach out + we’ll help you navigate.

  • Classes are capped at 15 people to keep things intimate.

  • Yes — all cues are guided + there is plenty of time and space to go at your own pace.

How to Prepare:

  • It’s best to wear layers as you can get hot or cold during the practice.

    We have mats + eye masks + blankets, but feel free to bring your own if you’d prefer.

  • Comfy clothes — lounge or workout gear both work well!

  • We have 2 locations, so be sure to double check before heading over.

    Our Williamsburg sessions are located on the 5th Floor of the Dime Residences — 275 S 5th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11211

    Our Gowanus sessions are located on the 2nd Floor of Union Channel — 240 Third Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11217.

  • You can — but we’d recommend keeping it light.

    You’ll be breathing into the belly + lying down for most of the session.

  • That’s a normal reaction — the breath has the ability to unlock stored emotions. It’s all welcome here.
