Just Chill With Us —

Join us within the 2-hour event window to unplug, reset + chill out before the day ahead.

Each session is unstructured — feel into what your body wants + needs:

  • hop into the cold plunges

  • reset your legs in the Normatec boots

  • chill out on the grass

There will be coaches available if you need a bit of guidance — or just someone to time your plunge so you can drop in + let go.

What to Expect:

  • Nope! It’s a drop-in style session — stay for a quick plunge or hang the whole time. Totally up to you!

  • If you’d like it to be — coaches will be around to help support you with the Ice Cold Protocol or just time your plunge.

  • We like to keep things chill so we cap these experiences at 30 people on Wednesdays + 40 people on Sundays.

    This ensures you’ll have access to a patch of sun in the grass, a tub when you’re ready to plunge + recovery equipment when you’re ready to chill.

  • Absolutely not — we know you’re busy so stay as long (or as little) as you’d like.

  • Yes — while it’s not aimed at first-timers, there will be coaches available to help guide you through the plunge.

    If you’ve never plunged before — consider attending an Ice Cold Workshop for that “hand-holding” level guidance.

How to Prepare:

  • A swimsuit or something to plunge in, a towel, a water bottle +/or your favorite caffeine source, flip flops or slides are nice to have + a comfy change of clothes for your journey home.

  • We’re located on the 5th Floor of the Dime Residences — 275 S 5th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11211

    Upon checking in at the front desk, you’ll head up the elevators to the 5th floor. Make a right out of the elevators + head down the hallway to the lounge on the right, across from the basketball court. The lounge door will be open + you can head outside.

    If you’re riding your bike over, feel free to bring it up to the 5th floor + we’ll find somewhere safe to store it for you.

  • You’ll likely be extra hungry so plan to have a nourishing breakfast +/or lunch.

    Hot shower? Up to you + your body — as you become more acclimated to the cold, your body won’t need as much help warming up, but in the beginning — if you want the hot shower, take it!

    Our best advice — listen to your body.

  • You can — but we’d recommend keeping it light.

    Think of the plunge like a workout + eat as you would for that.

  • Unfortunately not — we work out of residential building, so we just have 2 large bathrooms.
