Ice Cold Club is SO proud of you for running the NYC Marathon + we want to help you reset + recover.
We’re so excited to welcome Dani Sturtz who will lead us through a 45 minute yoga flow aimed to promote recovery for marathon runners. The class will focus on breathing, stretching, improving flexibility, and strengthening the body, as well as unwinding mentally.
After our flow, you’ll have access to:
guided ice baths with ICC coaches
Normatec recovery boots
Cheribundi hydration
Non-runners are welcome, but spots are limited!
About Your Instructor:
Dani is an RRCA certified run coach and avid marathoner with a deep passion for running. She coaches for multiple organizations, as well as individual athletes, aiming to share the transformative physical and mental benefits of running. She is also a yoga teacher and pilates instructor dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals.
