Mat Pilates Strength + Plunge with AJ of BodyROK

ICC is teaming up with AJ of BodyROK — we’ll sweat, we’ll chill + we’ll recover.

Meet up with us after your day for a 30-minute workout combining Pilates-inspired, full-body exercises designed to sculpt and strengthen your legs, core + upper body followed by a guided plunge with the Ice Cold Club team.

Bring something to sweat in, something to dip in (can be the same thing), a towel + change of clothes for your journey home. We have mats on-site!
