Nervous System Reset: Breath Work + Plunge with Safe Space

Join the Safe Space community to breathe, connect + reset at Ice Cold Club.  

Breathe —

The breath is the only thing you have in the ice — besides your coach Lauren, of course. We'll get out of our heads + drop into our bodies before we take the plunge. 

Connect —

Following our breath practice, you'll have the opportunity to ground on the grass + chill with fellow attendees awaiting your turn to plunge.   

Reset —

When it comes your turn, your coach will instruct you on the Ice Cold Protocol, making your entrance into the ice as smooth as possible.   
We have mats on-site, but be sure to bring something to plunge in (swim or spandex works), a towel, flip flops or slides, and a comfortable.
