From there, we'll dive into 25 minutes of dynamic breath work designed to energize + awaken. This practice can help elevate mood, sharpen focus, and bring the body and mind into the present moment.
Align —
We’ll close with a brief moment of stillness and integration, so you can carry the benefits of your practice into the rest of your day with intention.
