Settle —
We’ll begin by softening into the space — gently shifting out of the energy of the day + reconnecting to the body, the breath + the present moment. You'll be guided to release the weight of the day — mentally, physically, emotionally.
Downshift —
From there, we'll move through a 25-minute breath work practice designed to down-regulate the nervous system + invite a state of calm. Expect slower, grounding rhythms that help signal safety to the body and support emotional release, restoration, and deep rest.
Restore —
We’ll close with a few quiet minutes of integration, offering space for stillness, reflection, and a gentle return to yourself — leaving you feeling more grounded, clear, and primed for rest.
With a 20-person limited class size, expect a peaceful, supportive environment with guided structure and space to truly wind down.
