Wake Up —
We’ll start the morning with an energizing all-levels breath work class designed to set a grounding, intentional tone for the day ahead.
Breathe —
Together we’ll settle into a 30-minute breath work session. We’ll alternate between several breath patterns that will clear mental fog, boost energy, and release stress to feel refreshed and centered.
Reset —
Breath work will be followed by a lengthy 45-minute period of integration guided by the vibrations of crystal sound bowls. This period is intended to incite reflection + allow the brain, body + nervous system some much-needed rest.
With a 20-person limited class size, expect a supportive space with individualized coaching. Optional guided 3-minute ice bath available following breath work.
