Set Your Intentions —
To honor the energies of the full moon (in Aries) we’ll discuss the astrological nuances + dive into what we intend to release throughout the workshop.
Breathe —
We’ll then settle + move into an abbreviated 15-minutes of dynamic holotropic breath work. This practice can evoke emotional release, offering a space for energetic movement + self-discovery.
Integrate —
Breath work will be followed by a lengthy 45-minute period of integration guided by the vibrations of crystal sound bowls. This period is intended to incite reflection + allow the brain, body + nervous system some much-needed rest.
With a 10-person limited class size, expect a supportive space with individualized attention.
